Elmina works in the shadows as an special agent of the Red Dragon Organization. An existence of shadows, her missions are primarily espionage and infiltration... at times, even assassination. Only Luther and the upper echelons of the organization know her name. Her very existence is shrouded in secrecy.
Allied Light element units have their Attack increased by 10% and max HP increased by 7%.

This skill can only be used once each time this unit is on the battlefield.

If this unit entered from reinforcements, the following effects are triggered when this unit activates Limiter Release, and the first time this unit takes damage from an attack and survives until after the end of the turn:
- All allies will be Purified (any negative status effects like sleep, burn or poison are removed), and heal for 100% of max HP.
- Then all other ally units will be given the next turns by having their TU reduced. Active skills that grant turns cannot be used by those allies until after they have had the turn.
Each time this unit damages at least one enemy with an attack and leaves them on or below 25% of max HP (even if they are defeated by the attack), this unit will get another turn. Damaged targets cannot trigger this effect again until TU advances.
Effects that influence TU order may interrupt extra turns (e.g. Stuns targeting the lowest TU target).

In the past, Elmina was taken in by the Church as an orphan, tasked with finding and bringing back vessels. Yet, as she came to learn the truth behind the Requiem, she began to feel sympathy for the girls. Eventually, she was taken in by Luther and the Red Dragon Organization, which proclaims the goal of creating a world without vessels. There, she began her path as a special agent.
